Albert Burton Jones, 79, of 7215 Manchester, died yesterday at Trinity Lutheran hospital after an illness of about three months. He was born in Allerton, Ia., and came to Kansas City about 20 years ago, following his retirement as a farmer. He leaves a son Waldon E. Jones of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Violet G. Bruce, Raleigh, N.C., and Mrs. Excie D. Miller, Peoria, Ill. three sisters, Mrs. Lola Luellen, St. Joseph, Mo; Mrs. Clara Baker, Bedford, Ia., and Mrs. Rhoda O'Dell, Hendersonville, N.C.; two brothers Wilbur Jones Clarinda, Ia., and Ray Jones, Storm Lake, Ia.; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 10 o'clock Monday at the Floral Hills chapel; burial in Floral Hills cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel after 3 o'clock Sunday.
