Lance Monroe Black was born in Oklahoma City on April 25, 1974, and passed away on April 3, 2016. He is survived by his daughter Lacy Black and her mother Brandy Krenz; His father Marlin Black and wife Rita; sister Kyla Francis and brother-in-law Jay R.; nieces Keirstyn and Natalie; His mother Darlene Bedard and husband Michael; brother Michael Bedard and wife Amber; grandparents Melvin and Reda Black; and, grandmother Joy Geno. He is preceded in death by his grandmother Lois Black; grandfather Melvin Balthrop; and, grandparents Jessie and Bertha Krapf. Lance loved fishing and country/western line dancing. He enjoyed softball and golf. Lance is a graduate of Putnam City High School and Francis Tuttle Technology Center. His career spanned many years in construction and more recently in plumbing. Lance is greatly missed by his family including many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
