March 29,2016 at South Central Regional Medical Ctr in Laurel, Ms. She was born Friday, December 26,1941 in Bradford, Pa.
Visitation will be held Friday, April 1, 2016 from 10:00am until 8:00pm at Bethany Baptist Church in Bay Springs, Ms. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 2,2016 at 1:00pm at Bethany Baptist Church in Bay Springs, Ms. Burial will follow in Bethany Baptist Church Cemetary. Colonial Chapel Funeral of Bay Springs, MS is in charge of arrangements.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles R Rayner, parents William C Skinner and Lois Goodman Skinner, sister, Sheila Wiedmaier.
