Edward married Margaretha Mund on Jan. 12, 1897 at The Church of The Immaculate Conception in St. Cloud MN. Edward's father died the night before the wedding but it was too late to postpone the event. Their children were: Mary Magdalin, Marguerite Euphemia, John Gregor, and Gilbert. Edward died when a blast of powder went off prematurely at the Melrose granite quarry here he was working as foreman.
