Services will be at 8 p.m. Tuesday in Shields Funeral Chapel, Oglesby. The Rev. Marc Strand will officiate. Private burial will follow.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral chapel.
Mr. Krystofek was born Sept. 14, 1953, in La Salle to Edward and Elizabeth (Gillio) Krystofek. He married Sharon Greathouse on July 3, 1986, in Ottawa. He worked as a supervisor at Patten Industries in Oglesby.
Survivors include his parents, Edward and Elizabeth Krystofek of Oglesby; his wife, Sharon of Oglesby; one son, Brian Milus of Oglesby; three daughters, Jessica Tune of La Salle, Beth (Russell) Hamilton of Utica and Rebecca (Steven) Kofoid of Oglesby; and 10 grandchildren, Kyle, Adam, Nolan, Klint, Kaylee, Makenzie, Reece, Addison, Kannon and Dylan.
He was preceded in death by one son, Kenneth, on Sept. 9, 2000; and one brother.
Memorials may be directed to the family.
