Cleo Boynton Edwards, 86, passed away on February 22, 2016 at her home in Sandy, Utah. She was born on February 15, 1930 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Howard Ricks and Tressa Elivers Hansen. Cleo married Ivan Elmo Boynton on September 12, 1949 in Elko, Nevada. After Ivan's death in 1981, she married Floyd Edwards on December 22, 1990 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He also preceded her in death.
She enjoyed western movies, puzzles and spending time with her family.
Survived by her sons, Steven (Linda), Tom (Linda) and Paul (Christine); 14 grandchildren; many great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild; brother, Larry (Carolyn) Ricks; daughter-in-law, Diane.
Preceded in death by her parents, husbands, Ivan and Floyd; sons, Brent and Mark.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 29, 2016 at the Riverbend Ward Chapel, 8825 S. Monroe Street (150 West), Sandy, Utah. Viewings will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Sunday evening at Goff Mortuary, 8090 S. State Street, Midvale, Utah and 1 hour prior to the services, at the church. Interment, Larkin Sunset Gardens.
