General John Harrison was married three times. First to Frances Rogers or Rodgers on 26 April 1804, second to Rachel and third to Elizabeth Wright Murray.

John's sister Sarah "Sallie" Harrison (Findagrave # 176894569), married local Joseph Barnett and moved to Ohio.

In the Historical Sketch of Old Hanover Church, by by Rev. Thomas H. Robinson, D.D., Dauphin Co. Historical Society, 1878, p 34, says he was born Jan 8 1775 and died Feb 28 1837.

His first and second wives were buried here. Frances Harrison, 1781 to 15 Apr 1813 and Rachel, 1787 – 10 Nov 1829, is buried beside him. His third wife was buried in Lebanon, Pennsylvania in Apr 1851.

Rev. Thomas H. Robinson's Historical Sketch of Old Hanover..., 1878, page 32 lists John Harrison: member 1805 - 1836 and his estate, member 1837. This suggests to me he made a contribution at his death. Page 40: Gen. John Harrison, 8 Jan 1775 - 28 Feb 1837.
