Marion and a friend were traveling together and the friend murdered and robbed him and left him in a tomato field where he was found the next day.He was not identified for several days.

He was buried at the poor farm and his brothers came and identified him. I do not know if he was removed from this cemetery ,but reports said they buried him here because his body was decomposed and needed immediate burial. He and his brother Newton were twins.
