A FAG member searched the entire cemetery and could not find the grave
They also reported, specifically:
There is a large plot in the lower left corner of the cemetery where nearly all of the Kollar's are buried in one large family plot. There is an empty space in this plot where it is very possible that several infants and even possibly an adult or two can be buried in unmarked graves which could explain the absence of this marker. I checked every existing headstone and could not find this person's marker.
