Orrin is a son, the tenth born child of ten children born in the first marriage of Joseph Chase (1787-1866) & his first wife, Sabra Louise (Wheeler) Chase. Orin also has six additional siblings from his father's second marriage to Alphia (Bartlett) Jackson-Chase . So Orrin has a total of sixteen siblings. Orrin's death is documented in a book, "Seven Generations of the descendants of Aquila and Thomas Chase." He was only two years old when he died. Just recently I found his Ancestry death record. It's recorded on a Form R-1, Copy of an old record of a death, that records his birth & death dates & parents names. It's still a little complicated authenticating both marriages & placing the children with the correct mother. If anyone can shed light on this for me, feel free to contact me.
