Sabra is one of my husband's fraternal 3rd Great-Grandmother's.
Thru ancestry I found a DAR source for patriot #77214, for her grandfather
Lt. Rufus Wheeler (1740-1823). In this hint it states her middle name was Longfellow, but this is the only reference to that middle name I've come across so far. Sabra married Joseph Chase II 1 Jul 1809 in Maine. She is Joseph's first spouse. Joseph and Sabra had ten children. They are linked to her thru her memorial. I have not been able to confirm that Sabra & Joseph were divorced. Joseph did remarry & had 7 more children.
