Marion was named after his grandfather Leander.

Marion Leander Kauffman was born the first son of Benjamin & Luella May (Cutting) Kauffman. He moved from Missouri with his family to McCamish twp, Kansas. And moved to Denver Colorado. In trouble with the law on several occasions. He married twice that we know of: 1st to Susie Anna Burch on Dec 12, 1916 in Denver; 2nd Pearl Isabell Ford on Sep 23, 1924 in Ft Morgan, Colorado. Both marriages ended in divorce. After his marriage to Pearl he just disappears.
Last known address was Colorado. A mystery!
