Son of John and Catherine Ann Brigham Haslet, he was married, an agent, died in Warren of paralysis which he'd had 2 years, per 1893-1905 Death Index. Buried Jun 3 1895.

Oil City Derrick, Sat, Jun 8 1895:
Franklin, June 7 -- Samuel Heasley (should be Haslet, I think) died Wednesday morning. Services were at 2:30 pm in the Baptist church, which was filled with his sorrowing friends. Rev C. A. Adams, officiated, and interment was in Franklin Cemetery. Pall bearers were E. Borland, J. H. Robbins, C. C. Ramsdale, M. P. Heasley, J. C. Hockman, and James Dunkle.

Note: Cemetery records do not have a Samuel Heasley who died in 1895, or any other time. It seems the paper made a mistake on his surname.
