Services for Mimmie Douglass, Lone Grove, will be 2 p.m., Saturday in the Macedonia Baptist Church of Ardmore with the Rev. Fred Elkins officiating. Interment will be in Cheek-Love Cemetery in Lone Grove.
Mrs. Douglass died Wednesday night in a local nursing home. She was born June 22, 2884 in Burneyville, and had bee a long-time resident of Carter County.
Survivors include a daughter, Lacie, of the home; 4 sons, Marzee, Ardmore, Ludie, El Reno; Love, Waterloo, Iowa, and Teddy, Lone Grove; 15 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
Services are under the direction of Ragsdale-Grant and Sons Mortuary. Friends may pay their respects until 8p.m. at the mortuary."
