Jerry Don Adams, age 74, of Lovelady passed away Monday, December 21, 2015 in Houston. He was born January 21, 1941 in Houston County to parents, Charlie R. Adams and Lillie Elvie Maxey Adams. Jerry enjoyed hunting in Colorado, gambling in Las Vegas, fishing in his pond and attending all Lovelady High School Sporting Events.
Jerry is survived by his children, Brandi Adams of Austin, Derek Adams and wife, Tasha of Crockett; grandchildren, Addisyn Adams and Kutler Adams; brothers, Walter Adams and wife, Eloise, Chester Adams and wife, Joyce, Ray Adams and wife, Gladys; sisters, Lula Kent and husband, Norwood, Jane Kabine and husband, Bob; stepson, Paul Arndt; special friend, Jimmy Hamm; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by father, Charlie R. Adams; mother, Lillie Elvie Maxey Adams; brothers, Charlie W. (Pete) Adams, Harold B. Adams, Billy John Adams, and Johnny L. Adams.
Memorial Services for Jerry Don Adams will be held Saturday, January 9, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Callaway-Allee Memorial Chapel with Rev. Mitchell Kleckly officiating.

He was married four times. First to Earlene (?). Second to Sharon Brown, with whom he has a daughter, Brandi. Third in 1987, he married Wendy Behm, with whom he has a son, Derek. Fourth to Linda (?).
