Dorene L. Gillmore, age 87, Hernando, Florida, died June 4, 2015, at Citrus Memorial Hospital. Dorene was born Sept. 15, 1927, in Inglewood, California, to the late Charles E. and Olarene (Newland) Rasband. Dorene was employed as a legal bookkeeper. She enjoyed fishing, camping and dancing. She was a member of the Jesus Christ Church of Latter Day Saints, Lecanto Ward.
Left to cherish her memory are sons, Stephen Gillmore, Floral City and Michael Gillmore, Cour d' Alene, Idaho; daughters, Charene (Anthony) Ferro, Ocala, Renee (Leon) Mecham, Jonesboro, Texas and Leslie (Michael) Duncanville, Texas; her sister, Nola Goeglein, Irvine, California; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
