Anna Joan Arnold, 70, of N. Water Street, Keyser, WV, died Thursday, November 12, 2015 at her residence.

Born on August 24, 1945 at Burlington, WV, she was a daughter of the late Jess T. Brafford and Fannie (Hawse) Brafford Canan.
She also was preceded in death by her husband, James D. Arnold on September 22, 2013; a son, Douglas Allen Arnold; two brothers, Gerald and Austin Brafford and four sisters, Madeline Whetzel Dolly, Dorothy Ward, Berthaline Smith and A. Caroline Shoemaker.

Mrs. Arnold was formerly employed as a seamstress and alterationist with D & D Cleaners in Keyser. She was Methodist by faith.

Surviving are one son, Randall Dean Arnold of Burlington; two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and a large number of nieces and nephews.

At Mrs. Arnold's request, there will be no visitation.

A graveside service will be conducted on Friday, November 20, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Arnold Cemetery, Junction, WV with Rev. Preston J. Miller officiating.

Interment will follow.
