Mrs. J. Ord Stroup died suddenly Sunday afternoon of a heart attack at her home in Myersville, aged 55. She was a daughter of the late Elias S. and Elizabeth (Grossnickle) Routzahn, and besides her husband, is survived by the following children: Mrs. Madeline Ahalt, Lucille and Naomi, all of Middletown; Willard, Virgil, Spangler and Ellis, all of Washington D.C.; Mrs. Lois Harrison and Rachel, of Frederick; James and Paul, at home; sisters Mrs. Orville Keadle, Beaver Creak; Mrs. Ned Keadle, Mapleville, and Mrs. Paul Lighter, this city.

Friends may call after 3 p.m. today at the Bittle funeral home in Myersville, where funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 3 o'clock, the Rev. Ralph H Miller officiating. Interment at St. Paul's Cemetery, Myersville.
