Brown of North Branch, Jerry Jones of North Branch, Joe (Lisa) Jones of Clarkston, Mike (Heather) Jones of Oxford, Pat Jones of Lapeer, Donna (Butch) Hoisington of Lapeer; also survived by three grandchildren; sisters Lilly May of Athens, AL, Rachel Guinn of Holly; brother, Charles (Gladys) Brown; several nieces and nephews. Mr. Brown retired from Fisher Body in Pontiac in 1984. He was a member of Local UAW 5960. He served in WWII and the Korean War. He was a member of the American Legion Post 377 in Clarkston and the VFW Post 4139 in Lapeer. Funeral services from Muir Brothers Funeral Home in Lapeer, Tuesday, August 25, 1998 at 11:00 a.m. Burial Stiles Cemetery. Memorials to Lapeer Area Hospice. Friends may call from 6-9 p.m. Sunday, 1-9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home in Lapeer.
