Masi had been a resident of DeFuniak Springs since 1977 moving from California. She was Baptist by faith and a member of the First Baptist Church of DeFuniak Springs.
Masi was predeceased by her father and mother; one brother, Edward Owens; two grandchildren, Jonathan Lloyd Stone and Courtney Leigh Wilkinson.
Masi is survived by her husband, Angelo Joseph Masi; son, David Stone and wife, Chris, of Marietta, GA; two daughters, Sharon Rootes and husband, Dennis, of DeFuniak Springs, and Debra Rubeck and husband, Rick, of Centerpoint, IN; one brother, Fred Owens and wife, Joyce, of Kansas; three sister, Ouida Pitts, of DeFuniak Springs, Dorothy Petty and husband, Newton, of Sweet Gum Head, FL, and Ollie Koch and husband, Jack, of Cincinnati, OH; seven grandchildren, Vicki, Danielle, Jennifer, Heath, Heather, Drew, and Matthew, and six great-grandchildren, Ashley, Camren, Rachael, Samantha, Sierra, and Gracie.
Funeral services were conducted, Wednesday, Aug, 9, 2006, at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home, with Rev. Jerry Chumley officiating.
Burial followed in Magnolia Cemetery.
