FAMILY SEARCH. When Barbara Leah Killpack was born on 23 February 1922, in Fort Collins, Larimer, Colorado, her father, McLloyd Killpack (1896-1978), was 25 and her mother, Leah Elizabeth Harmon (1900-1977), was 21. She married Miles Clayton Labrum (1918-2007) on 23 August 1949, in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah. They were the parents of at least 2 sons. She died on 13 September 1985, in Murray, Salt Lake, Utah, at the age of 63, and was buried in Sndy, Salt Lake, Utah.


PASSAGE. Barbara Leah Killpack Labrum, 63, passed away Sept. 13, 1985, at home.


Born Feb. 23, 1922, Fort Collins, Colo., to Dr. McLoyd and Leah Harmon Killpack. Married Miles C. Labrum, Aug. 23, 1949, Salt Lake LDS Temple. Graduate, Unversity of Utah, where she affilliated with Delta Gamma sorority. She did graduate work at Utah State University. Taught school at Manti, Morgan and South High Schools. Played the piano and violin with her sisters. Active member LDS Church. Served as Relief Socity president, junior Sunday School co-ordinaator and in MIA presidency. She was also a teacher in Relief Society, Sunday School and MIA. She was in the PTA presidency at Woodstpcl Elementary School. She loved art, music and dance.


Survivors: husband, Murray; sons, Dr. Jeffrey M. Labrum, Bradley K. Labrum, both Murray; daughter, Mrs. Douglas K. (Jilliana) Butler, Sandy; five grandchildren; sister, Mrs. Boyd F. (Beverly) Jensen; brother , Dr. Robert H. M. Killpack, both Murrary. Preceded in death by sister, Mrs. Reld C. (Marjorie) Burgess.


Funeral services will be held, Tuesday, Sept. 17, 1985, 11 a.m., South Cottonwood 18th Ward, 855 East Holly Ave. (6150 So.). Friends may call Monday, 6-8 p.m., Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 So.
