Betty M. Danley, 87, Kansas City, KS, died Thursday, December 25, 2014 at Shawnee Mission Medical Center. Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 30, at
First Baptist Church, 2900 Minnesota Ave., Kansas City, KS where friends may call from 10-11 a.m. Burial in Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to First Baptist Church.
Betty was born February 17, 1927, in Milwaukee, WI and had lived most of her life in the Kansas City area. She had been an inspector for the Briney-Marlin Coat Factory for 18 years, retiring in 1982. Betty was a member of First Baptist Church, the June Clark Circle and the Bearen Sunday School Class.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John R. Danley, Sr. in 1993 and 2 brothers.
Betty is survived by a son, John R. Danley, Jr., St. Louis MO, a daughter and her husband, Nancy and Jim Minor, Missouri City, TX, 2 grandchildren, John Mark Danley, Courtney Morales and her husband, Adrian and 4 great-grandchildren, Ethan and Ellie Danley and Sophia and Raphel Morales.
