Necrological.
Mr. Fidele Lombard died at his home in this town at 8 o'clock Thursday morning. Mr. Lombard was 49 years of age. He was a native of Gape, France. He came to Lafayette about 25 years ago since which time he has been engaged in business in this town. He has been successful in business, having accumulated considerable wealth. He enjoyed the esteem of a large number of friends and relatives who sincerely mourn his death. He leaves two children, a little girl and a son. The latter is attending school in France.
*The children of Fidele Lomard were Horta and George.
