Ruth Ella Clark of Vicksburg died Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at Heritage Manor Nursing Home in Rolling Fork, Ms. She was 91.

Born in Louisiana, Mrs. Clark moved to Mississippi where she made a home with her husband of 50 years, Franklin Clark. She was a wonderful mother, wife and homemaker.

Mrs. Clark was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Maggie Baggs; her husband; a son, J. W. Clark; a daughter, Clarice Ray; two grandsons, Billy Wayne Jones and Olan Franklin Clark; eight siblings.

Survivors include her five daughters, Evelyn Parker, Frances Harris, Donna Clark, Patricia Clark and Jean West; five sons, Jeffrey Clark, Jerry Clark, James Clark, Phillip Clark and Billy Clark; 31 grandchildren; 49 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren; and a brother, Billy Baggs.

Funeral services will be held at noon . on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at Frank J. Fisher Funeral Home with the Rev. Ronnie Purser officiating. Burial will follow at GreenLawn Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. Saturday until the hour of service.

Pallbearers will be Don Baggs, Joe Stewart, Lee Lewis, Allen Jones, Ronny Braswell and Cameron Aaron. Honorary pallbearers will be Tracy Penley, Rev. Joe Harris, Curt Harris and Kenny Parker.
