She was born Feb. 1, 1922, in Thompsonville, Ky., the daughter of Lee and Fannie Jamson Baskett. She had been a resident of Springfield since 1944.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Robert (Shirley) Saner, Patty Thies and Mrs. Ronald (Joyce) Bouvet; one son, Michael S. Baskett; eight grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Garland (Sarah) Grider of Curran and Mrs. Louise Thies of Springfield; four brothers, Bedford Baskett of Shelbyville and Fred, Cletus, and Jay Bee Baskett, all of Springfield.
Services at Staab Funeral Home. Burial in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
