Billy Alexander, 86, of Louisville, passed away Monday, September 7, 2015 at Kindred Healthcare. Born in Ridley, TN,
Billy was an Army veteran and had worked at Indiana Army Ammunition Plant. He was also a member of Westport Rd. Baptist Church, Masonic Lodge # 903 and the Reserve Officer Association.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Nick Alexander.
He is survived by his wife the former Jennie Dailey; daughters, Rebecca Atkinson (Ralph) and Sharon Alexander; sister, Peggy Snyder; and three grandchildren.
His funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday, September 11, 2015 at Westport Road Baptist Church, 9705 Westport Road with burial in Resthaven Cemetery.
