Born January 25, 1922 at Tug Creek she was a daughter of the late Burman Green and Emma Jane Bennett Adkins.
Virginia was of the Baptist faith. She was a homemaker who lived most of her life in Summers County. Virginia enjoyed crocheting, flowers and spending time with family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, William F. Fox; one son, Jerry Lee Fox; one great granddaughter, Amanda Brinegar; one great grandson, Austin Bragg; four brothers, Clyde Bennett and Ben, Buster and Jackie Adkins and three sisters, Patsy Gill and Madlean and Pansy Adkins.
Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Saturday August 22, 2015 at Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with Pastor Melvin Wills officiating.
Burial will follow in the Smith Cemetery at Tug Creek. Friends may call from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral parlors.
