Glen Gabriel Olson, son of Bina Johanna (Oman) and Oscar Henry Olson was born April 12, 1915 in Elsie, Nebraska and departed this life March 5, 1956, at the age of 40 years, 10 months and 25 days. His death was the result of a fall while employed in construction work at Victorville, California.

He lived with his parents on their farm near Elsie until his marriage to Jean Yohe on July 3, 1937. This union was blessed with one daughter, Marjorie. In 1942 they moved to California where he made his home until his death.

He served with the Navy during WWII.

He was united in marriage to Esther Everett on May 24, 1947.

Glen leaves to mourn his passing his wife, Esther of Ontario, Calif., his daughter, Marjorie of Madrid, a step-daughter, Nancy of Alamogordo, New Mexico and a sister, Ruby McQueen of Elsie, and three brothers, Henry of Elsie, Elmer of Lincoln and John of Madrid and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was confirmed in the Lutheran Church in 1948.

He will always be remembered as a kind and loving husband and father and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Funeral services for Glen Gabriel Olson were held in a funeral chapel at Ontario, Calif. On Thursday, March 8th. Burial was in Belleview Cemetery at Ontario. Attending the services from here were Miss Marjorie Olson and John Olson of Madrid; Mr. and Mrs. Leon McQueen of Elsie and Elmer Olson of Lincoln.
