KOONTZ LAKE -- Services for Mrs. Dorothy Albaugh, 77, of Koontz Lake, who died at 11:50 a.m. Wednesday in Starke Memorial Hospital, Knox, following a three-year illness, will be at 9 a.m. CST Saturday in St. Patrick Catholic Church, Walkerton, where she was a member. Rev. Anthony Letko, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Grovertown Cemetery. Friends may call anytime at the Rannells Funeral Home, Koontz Lake Chapel.
She was born on July 22, 1903, in Pittsburgh, Pa., and moved to Koontz Lake 25 years ago from Gary. On Nov. 17, 1945, in Gary, she married Bert Albaugh, who died in 1978. Survivors include a son, Thomas Mahoney of Imperial, Mo.; two granddaughters; and a brother, Albert Cook of Pompano Beach, Fla.
