DENTON---Cletus Harrison Swaney, 89, of Pleasant Union Road, Trinity, died Sunday, Oct. 8, 2006, at Randolph Hospital. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Briggs Funeral Home, Denton, with the Rev. Ray Swaney and the Rev. Lee Roy Hunt officiating. Burial will be in Holly Hill Memorial Park in Thomasville. He was a native of Randolph County, a farmer and a member of Pleasant Union Community Church. (Survivors omitted for privacy)
