John does not appear on the 1860 or 1870 census. John Jr most likely died in the 1850s as Addy in Groton, New London, CT. Verified he was not buried at Cedar Grove Cemetery, however verfied that Peter and Amy are buried in Colonel Ledyard Cemetery.
