Edna was the fourth of ten children born to John Frederick and Burnetta (Vandeveer) Lees. She married W. Dave Dillard in 1886.

Died - Wednesday morning at 8:30 o'clock, Mrs. Edna Dillard aged 33 years. The deceased was just recovering from an attack of grip when she took a relapse, which together with bad heart action caused her death. She has lived in Delta for several years.
