Mrs. Lela O. Watt, 67, of Oxnard, mother of Mrs. Ruth Black, Long Beach, died Feb. 14, in Jacksonville, Ore. She was born in Blair, Neb. Surviving besides Mrs. Black are two other daughters, Mrs. Edith Linvik and Mrs. Maude Bachmann. Service will be Monday at 1 p.m. in Cathedral Chapel of Sunnyside Mausoleum (Also known as: Sunnyside Memorial Park and Mausoleum), with James Leroy Shields officiating. Mottell’s Mortuary will direct.
