Toledo Blade Obituary published March 18, 1979 reads:
Mrs. Zita M. Urban, 85, of 722 Huron St., died Saturday in Mercy Hospital. She was the widow of Louis Urban.
Surviving are her sons, Alvin, Victor, Donald and Franklin; daughters, Mrs. Mildred Ames and Mrs. Zita Vollmar, and brothers, Clair, Joseph and Oliver Langenderfer.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Mary's Church. Scripture services will be at 7 p.m. Monday in the Abele Mortuary, where the body will be after 2 p.m. today.
