Graveside services for Sarah Goodnight, 92, Pryor, will be Wednesday, July 19, 2006, 10 a.m., at the Montgomery Family Cemetery southwest of Pryor. Pastor Steve McPherson will officiate. Services are entrusted to Stephens Memorial Chapel.

Goodnight was born Oct. 20, 1913, in Claremore. She died July 14, 2006.

She had lived in Pryor for eight years, moving here from Tulsa. She was a homemaker and member of the First Assembly of God Church. She was very active in the church and she also enjoyed quilting and making rugs, and gardening.

Goodnight is survived by two sons, Ron Goodnight and wife Lavon of Claremore, James D. Goodnight and wife Flora of Straussburg, Colo.; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Charley and Katie (Collier) Montgomery and eight brothers and sisters.

The family will receive relatives and friends this evening, July 18, from 6 to 8 p.m., at Stephens Memorial Chapel.
