MRS. HAHN DIES AT HOME OF SON
Senility Is Cause of Death of Mother of Frank Huffman, Sunday Morning
FUNERAL SERVICE TUESDAY
Mrs. Louisa Hahn, nearly 74 years old, died at 8:20 o'clock Sunday morning at the home of a son, Frank Huffman, ten miles north of Shelbyville on State Road 29. Senility was the cause of her death.
Mrs. Hahn was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Solomon Steward. She was born August 12, 1856. In 1878 her first marriage, to John Huffman, took place, and two children born to them survive; Frank at whose home she died, and Willard Huffman, of Shelbyville.
Mr. Hahn, with whom she united in her second marriage, died several years ago. Mrs. Hahn, besides her two sons, leaves five grandchildren; also six sisters and one brother; Mrs. Harve Arnold, Mrs. Martha Stevens. Mrs. Tom Tilleson, all of Shelbyville; Mrs. John Mallory and Mrs. Ralph Alexander, of Fairland; Mrs. Grant Armstrong. of Flat Rock and Riley Steward, of Indianapolis. Mrs. Hahn had been a member of the Christian church for many years.
The funeral service will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Fairland Christian church, with Rev. Alphonso Burns, of Greenfield, conducting the service. Burial will be in the Fairland cemetery, in charge of Morris Sleeth.
