Funeral service for Paul Jefferson McCutcheon, 94, of Muskogee will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, February 22, 2007 at Sunny Lane Cemetery in Del City, Oklahoma with Reverend Craig Conaway officiating. Services are under the direction of Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home.
Paul Jefferson McCutcheon was born January 22, 1913 in Gainsville, Texas, the son of James William McCutcheon and Nora Lee (White) McCutcheon and died February 20, 2007 in Muskogee Regional Medical Center. He married Vivian Lucille Whisenhunt. Mr. McCutcheon served in the U.S. Army until 1949. He retired from Conoco with 32 years of service. He enjoyed gardening and music. Mr. McCutcheon is preceded in death by his parents, wife, daughter Gloria Fay McCutcheon and son-in-law, Stanley Conrad.
He is survived by daughter, Betty Conrad of Sulphur, LA, daughter Paula Webb and husband Sonny of Muskogee, OK, daughter Sheila Foster and husband Larry of Austin, TX, and son Gary McCutcheon and wife Julia of Choctaw, OK, and son Dennis McCutcheon and wife Dana of Newalla, OK and son Jerry Harp of Orange, CO and seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
Arrangements are under the direction of Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home, 2801 Chandler Road, Muskogee, OK 74403.
