Accident

We regret to learn that Grandison Curtis, of this village, while engaged in taking down one of the barracks on Monday morning was quite seriously injured by a section of the roof falling on him. His right collar bone was broken, and it is feared he has suffered internal injuries

Mrs. R. J. Curtiss, killed in the railroad wreck at Marshall, Mo., was stepmother of Harvey H. Curtiss of Genese, and formerly resided here. She had been Visiting here this summer and was returning to her daughter's, Mrs. Burton Lynn of Simpson, Kan., when the accident occurred.
