AGED RESIDENT IS
BURIED THURSDAY
AT WEST LAFAYETTE
Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon for Mrs. Miranda Leighninger, aged 85, who died at the home of A. L. Fouts in West Lafayette, Tuesday evening from infirmities of age and other complications of diseases she had suffered for a number of years. The funeral services were in charge of Rev. T. R. McRae at the home of A. L. Fouts. Burial was made in West Lafayette Cemetery.
Mrs. Leighninger was born in the West Lafayette vicinity and spent her entire life there. She was a member of the M. E. Church there and an active worker.
Mrs. Leighninger had no near relatives surviving. She had made her home with A. L. Fouts ever since the death of her husband (Lewis) about twelve years ago.
