Keith E. Fowler, Galesburg Chapel 56, of Galesburg died at 4:07 am Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at his home.
He was born July 27, 1958 in Galesburg the son of James Eugene and Eunice Janette Slagel Fowler. He married Becky Killip on May 28, 1994 in Galesburg. She survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Jeremiah (Andrea) of Lansing, Michigan, James Fowler of Galesburg and Joshua Fowler of Qunicy, Illinois; two brothers, Bruce (Sandy) of Galesburg and Tom (Chris) Fowler of Abingdon; one sister Audrey Campbell of Dixon, Illinois; two grandchildren and his in-laws, Ann and Tony Killip. He is preceded in death by his parents.
Keith worked at Wight Chevrolet in Williamsfield for 15 years as a Lube technician. He enjoys camping and fishing and spending time cooking on the grill and smoking ribs on the smoker. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10 am, Tuesday June 23, 2015 at Hinchliff-Pearson-West Galesburg Chapel. Rev. Jim Ecklund will officiate. Visitation will be 5-7 pm Monday at the chapel. Burial will be in Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to the family. Online condolences may be made at www.h-p-w.com.
