Oakley, March 28, 1947, Lowell B. Cummins, former Oakley resident died Thursday at his Los Angeles, California home. The body is being shipped to Oakley for funeral arrangements. He was born March 3, 1890, in Oakley, the son of Francis Marion and Sarah Deseret Severe Cummins and was married July 15, 1911, to Sadie Knight. He was an Oakley farmer for several years. He is survived by three children, Virgil and Russell Cummins of Arco, and Mrs. Dorothy Nelson of Oakley; four brothers, Dan and Phillip Cummins of Oakley, Cliff Cummins of Jerome, and Frank Cummins of New York City; six sisters, Mrs. Hazel Summer of Jerome, Mrs. Josie Howells, Mrs. Edith McBride, Mrs. Goldie Gray, Mrs. Nellie Briggs and Mrs. Irene Tannekait, all of Los Angeles, California.
