Born June 8, 1910, Tropic, Utah, to Thomas Robert and Fannie Gale Cope. Married Gladys Kloepfer, September 14, 1938, Salt Lake LDS Temple.
Graduate Utah State University. Member, Shoshone Chamber of Commerce. Treasurer, Shoshone Rotary Club. Former Scoutmaster, Shoshone. Work Unit conservationist, Woodriver Soil and Water conservation District. Came to Shoshone in 1958. Army veteran, WWII.
