HAYES, Lonnie A. age 64 of Hamilton passed away Thursday January 19, 2012. He was born June 20, 1947 in Hamilton the son of the late Lloyd and Wilma (Parker) Hayes. Mr. Hayes was a Vietnam veteran serving in the U. S. Marine Corps and worked for many years as a boiler operator for the Hamilton City Schools. Mr. Hayes loved Harley Davidson motorcycles and spending time with his family. He is survived by one daughter Allison (Daryll) Smith; four grandchildren, Jamie (Clifton) Jewell, Cody Harbaum, and Katelynn and Mariah Smith; three great grandchildren, Emily Jewell, Clifton Jewell, III, and Jordyn Jewell; one brother Troy Hayes; four sisters, Lola Masters, Cindy (Wilbur) Allen, Leetha Lovins, and Debbie Houston. Mr. Hayes was also preceded in death by three brothers Clyde Hayes, Willie Hayes and Carl Hayes, and a sister Judy Hayes. Visitation at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield on Tuesday January 24, 2012 from 12:00 PM until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 PM, with Pastor Valerie Trissell, officiating. The Ohio Patriot Guard Riders will lead the funeral procession for Mr. Hayes to Rose Hill Burial Park for full military honors and interment. www.websterfuneralhomes.com
