MRS. VERDA M. GREEN

BIGLER - Funeral services for Mrs. Verda Mason Green of Bigler, who died at the Clearfield Hospital at 10:15 a.m. Monday, will be held from the Leavy Funeral Home Thursday at 2:30 p.m. with Rev. Homer Smith officiating. Interment will be in Bradford Cemetery.

Mrs. Green was born at Woodland Aug. 1, 1890 a daughter of the late John H. and Lucy (Louder) Mason. She was married to Charles Green in 1906 by J. F. Funk at Woodland.

She is survived by her husband and the following children: Mrs. Archie Dixon, Bigler; Mrs. H. L. Smeal, Ralston; David C. Green, Bigler, Mrs. Spencer Hunt, Punxsutawney; G. Burton Green, Akron, Mrs. Arthur Burton, Clearfield, Charles R., Chandler, Ariz.; Dolly Mae Dodge, Mrs. Marritt Long and Mrs. Grace Lumadue, all of New York, Herbert H., Philipsburg; Robert L., Mt. Vernon, Ill.; and Mrs. Robert Burgess of New Mexico; and a brother, Wade Mason of Mechanicsburg. One son preceded her in death.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 o'clock tonight until time of services Thursday.
