Born March 21, 1875, Bear River City, box Elder County, to Nels H. and Ane Katrine Pederson Nielsen. Married Catherine Larsen Oct. 23, 1895, Logan Temple, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She died 1919. Married Minerva Lund Feb. 24, 1921, Salt Lake LDS Temple. Farmer. Came to Brigham City 1937. Active in LDS Church, Survivors: Widow; sons, daughters, Mrs. Ray (Lucille) Arbon, Lyle, both Los Angeles; Mrs. Ercy (Cleopha) Whitaker, Oleen L., Leo L., Raymond N., all Bear River City; Melvin F., Mrs. Ned (Alice) Marble, Mrs. Roy (June) Craner, all Corinne, Box Elder County; Wynn, Dayton, Idaho; Mrs. Verdun (Leone) Fonnesbeck. Brigham City; 41 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; brother; three sisters. Funeral Monday 1 p.m., Brigham City Fourth LDS Ward Chapel, Friends call Harold B. Felt Mortuary Sunday 7-9 p.m., Monday prior. Burial Bear River City Cemetery.
