Francis O. also known as Frank was the son of Roswell French Beardsley and his wife, Philancy Smith Beardsley. He was born in Wisconsin around 1855. He married Theodosia Youngker in Blue Earth County on 12/25/1882. They had three children, Emma Elizabeth and Roswell James Beardsley and Lily May Beardsley. He was a carpenter and a painter . Frank died of tuberculosis on October 7, 1904 in Madison Lake, Minnesota and is buried in the Greenland Cemetery.
