Mrs. Nora Mabel Lowe, 57, of Council Bluffs, lowa died at her home Wednesday. The body will be brought to the Goodfellow Funeral Home Saturday afternoon. Services will be held at the Scogin Cemetery later that day. Mrs. Lowe was formerly a resident of Bloomington and daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Fletcher Brigham. She was a member of the Methodist church, the Eastern Star and the Women's Relief Corps. Survivors include her husband, Arthur H. Lowe; a brother, George, Portland, Ind., and five sisters: Mrs. Dora Harne, Danvers; Mrs. Mary Eastman, Peoria; Mrs. Charlotte Swallow, Cooksville; Mrs. Rachel Foster and Miss Annie Brigham, both of Bloomington.
