Leroy “Roy” Francis Tooman born Dec. 25, 1884. He was one of 13 children. His parents were Milton and Harriet Tooman. Leroy married Nettie Colley in Jan. 1906. She died in 1917. Leroy married Mabel Palmer Knaggs, who was born March 4, 1889. They married in June 1920. They had one son who died at birth.
