The following is an excerpt from his will:
To my step-daughter Susanna Judge my watch, etc. All lands, except estate in Pikeland, to be sold. To daughter Susanna Lightfoot, the lower plantation, containing 172 1/2 acres. To son Benjamin house and plantation where I now live, containing 173 acres, and if they should die in their minority, estate to my brother William, if living, otherwise to his children and Elizabeth, daughter of brother Benjamin, deceased. Executors: Cousin Thomas Lightfoot, Maiden Creek, Berks Co., and George Massey of Whiteland.
