A graveside service was held, Friday, April 24, at Lakeview Cemetery, Aitkin, with Rev. David Becker officiating.
Arrangements were by Sorensen-Root-Thompson Funeral Home in Aitkin.
She was born November 29, 1925, in Waverly to William and Augusta (Schinkel) Kanehl. She graduated from Buffalo High School and married Armund W. Botz April 24, 1948, in Sauk Rapids. She worked for Sears Roebuck for many years and moved to Little Pine Lake in 1982. She was a member of the American Legion Auxillary and St. John’s Lutheran Church in Aitkin.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Armund; brothers and sisters; and her parents.
